Life has been pretty crazy lately, which has lead to my posts being far and few in-between. Juggling numerous projects has become second nature to me and it just seems to be how I function. Blogging has taken a back seat for the past few weeks due to various stress-inducing reasons like school and and a new and exciting position I’ve taken up recently. Its a strange phenomena that I’m sure exists not only in my own character but many slashies alike – the urges to do even more when we’re already doing the most and in contrast do absolutely nothing when we really should move a muscle. Thankfully my periods of sloth-like laziness only lasts a few days (whether I like it or not).
It must be something about summer that that has me energised – call me solar-powered if you will, but I’m back with a bang and ready to conquer! Speaking of conquering, I’m all about the hustle and one such brand that evokes the fierceness of hustling females is Afara. Rufaro Fanadzo is the designer behind the custom designer label and certainly embodies all that her brand stands for. Afara has recently come out which a capsule collection of one-of a kind chokers made from genuine leather, suede and other quality fabric offcuts.
The choker I’m wearing is called Rebel Beauty; its is fully reversible and made from genuine leather with raw denim details.
All chokers will be available to purchase online and at selected market showcases. Follow the fierceness @Afara_custom.
